About this preview (v1)

Staff can submit Regular or Top-Up applications with cost lines.
Applications are stored in Cloudflare D1 (not SharePoint / Power Apps).
On submit, a combined PDF is emailed to you and SET-BC (keep that copy).
Admins approve / partially approve / reject from the Admin view; a new PDF with the approval section is emailed.
Entra auth is deferred (v1 uses email identity).
